Q: How does UptownPro work?
A: It’s simple! Sign up for a plan, use our address for your deliveries, and we’ll securely store your packages. You’ll get a notification when your package arrives, and you can pick it up anytime.

Q: What types of packages can you accept?
A: We can accept packages of most shapes and sizes, including small envelopes and large boxes.

  • Weight: We accept packages up to 80 pounds. Packages over 45 pounds may be subject to an additional handling fee.

  • Size: We accept packages up to 130 inches (length + girth). A package is considered oversized if its combined length and girth exceeds 108 inches but does not exceed 130 inches.

  • Oversized or overweight packages may include an additional handling fee. Click here to see how to determine if your package is too big or heavy.

Packages larger than 130 inches or heavier than 80 pounds cannot be accepted.

Q: What if I only get packages once in a while?
A: No problem. You can pay-per-package, or choose our Starter Plan designed for occasional deliveries.

Q: What happens if I go over my package limit for the month?
A: You’ll just pay a small per-package fee, or you can upgrade your plan anytime to fit your needs.

Q: Can someone else pick up my package for me?
A: Yes! You can authorize another person to pick up your package with valid ID.

Q: How secure is my package?
A: Very secure. All packages are logged, stored in a monitored facility, and only released to you (or your authorized contact).

Q: Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
A: Absolutely. We keep things flexible — you can cancel your plan anytime with no hidden fees. However, we do not provide refunds for a month that has already been paid. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew.
